EAMCET 2014 Official Notification will be released on 10th February

EAMCET 2014 or Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of APSCHE. The apprentices who want to take admission in the ground of Engineering B.Tech (Agri. Engineering, Food science and Technology, Diary Technology), B.Sc (commercial agriculture), and Biotechnology or in the field of B.Sc (Agri.)/ B.Sc (Horti.) and Medical into University or Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh must have took the EAMCET 2014 exam.

It has officially informed that the notification regarding to the EAMCET 2014 exam will publically released on 10th February, 2014. However, the exam date had been previously announced i.e 17th May, 2014 (exam date). Higher Education Council chairman Venugopal Reddy informed that EAMCET 2014 schedule may change if the dates clash with the election schedule. He also said that there will not be any change in the application fee of EAMCET.

A meeting of SET committee was held in JNTU, Hyderabad to discuss about conducting EAMCET 2014.  There will be some changes in the rules and regulations of EAMCET.  Few important changes are including the photo of parents of the applicant.  There will be some changes in OMR sheets also.

EAMCET will be held on May 17.  Engineering exam will be conducted from 10.00 am to 1.00 noon. Agriculture and medicine exam will be from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on the same date.  Online applications will be accepted from February 20 and last date for accepting applications is April 4.  EAMCET ranks will be announced on June 2.
